How do I pay for my rental?
We'll send you a secure payment link by email, or you can pay directly at the time of delivery; whichever is easier for you.
What is the delivery fee?
Delivery is a flat fee based on your area; see Service Areas for exact rates. Prefer not to pay for delivery? Choose self-pickup when you submit your reservation request instead.
How do I return my rental?
Simply contact us to schedule a pickup date, and we will collect the wheelchair directly from your location. No need to transport the equipment back to us—we come to you.
