Welcome to EZ Wheelchair Rental. By renting equipment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Rental Period

• Minimum rental period: 7 days.
• Early returns allowed but minimum charge applies.

2. Payment

• Payment required at checkout.
• Rental fees, upgrades, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery fees calculated based on distance.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Return options: warehouse drop-off, Uber return, paid pickup.

4. Condition of Equipment

• All equipment is cleaned and inspected before delivery.
• Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the device.

5. Damage or Loss

Customers are responsible for:

• Lost equipment
• Significant damage
• Replacement cost if needed

6. Proper Use

Devices must be used safely and as intended.

7. Rent-to-Own

Available upon request.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse.

9. Cancellations

• Before delivery → refund minus processing fee
• After delivery → no refund

10. Privacy

Customer information is private and not sold or shared.
